NAPA Auto Parts - CAS - Clarksville

Don't waste your time going here. I was on Vacation at Lake Kerr when my check engine light came on. So I just wanted an ODB scan to make sure it wasn't anything serious. Went up to Napa, and the 4 guys standing around at the counter said "we don't do ODB scans for customers." I was taken aback, but I asked why not? "Well, just because the scanner says a sensor is bad, doesn't mean that it is actually bad." I'm thinking, no doubt Captain Obvious. It's just a tool to help locate an issue. A tool that NAPA Auto Parts will not use for you the customer. It looked like one of the guys working there was just as irritated as I was that they can't simply run a scan for their customers, so he said, "O'Reilly Auto Parts right up the street will do it for you."
