My son hit a deer (more like a moose or maybe even a sasquatch--given the damage). The insurance company early on wanted to total it. We wanted it repaired as there was no way we could replace a reliable old truck for what we’d get from insurance. John Anklin worked with us and through tireless, relentless effort, pushing back numerous times on the insurance company’s nickle-and-dime estimates, was able to finally get a very reasonable (out of pocket) cost for the repair. He didn’t have to do that, and it certainly made his life more stressful. And this was using quality parts and repairing it “like he would if it were his wife’s vehicle”. Dave and his team at LNPB came highly recommended by a very trusted mechanic, and they did not disappoint. They helped my mom (who is close to 90!) with some bodywork and gave her a very reasonable price. When we came to pick up the car, it looked fantastic - like new! It's hard to find trustworthy people in this industry, so I was very pleased with the service and experience at LNPB. Would definitely recommend.

I had an excellent experience with this company and gladly rate it a 5/5. In late May 2025 my SUV was struck by a deer that caused major damage to the front passenger side of the vehicle. Although driveable, a competitor company / my insurer (SF) deemed the vehicle totaled and offering me only a fraction of the value I expected or that sufficient to purchase a viable alternate vehicle. Since the SUV was driveable and otherwise still in excellent shape, I elected to have LKN Paint and Body fix the vehicle. I had a great repore with Paul and a good feeling about just fixing the vehicle with him. The repairs were made on time and within a reasonable budge and the suv looked good as new when finished. I am so very happy with my repairs at Lake Norman Paint and Body. Not only did they repair my car to mint condition they also detailed the interior/exterior and helped educate me on how to get the best bank for my buck with it being a brand new vehicle and someone else causing damages. As far as insurance payments as well as a referral to get a diminished value claim and payout. They are top tier I would use them again in any situation with damage to my vehicle!
