I’ve always received great service from this location. Quality work in a timely manner ! I have recommended several friends, family and co-workers to have their vehicles serviced here and will continue to do so. The young man inside ~ assistant manager / tech (John) has always very helpful , knowledgeable , informative and trustworthy with both of my vehicles. Great job guys as always 👍

I’m a pretty long standing customer of Mavis, I always have a really good experience with them. Timing, quality of work - and I hand over some expensive wheels to be having work done quite frequently! Today I dropped in, completely unannounced with what looked like an M14 Lug sticking out the wife’s tire. Left her on the side of the road in the car as she had all stuff we couldn’t leave behind, brought the tire to Mavis and they’ve just plugged it and made it safe for her, for free. Fully replaced wheel in 30 minutes. She’s happy - I’m happy, everyone is happy. You simply cannot beat that service! Big thanks to Kris in Cornelius too! These guys are the best!

This team is so great. We were traveling out of town for a wedding when we discovered the nail in our tire 2 hours before we had to be at the church. My husband ran to Macis while I got dressed. When I arrived with his tux they were just pulling the car out. Tire plugged and we were on our way with time to spare! This team listened and acted with urgency and that was so appreciated!!

Only reason I came to this place was not being upsold, Family friendly environment. Since the removal of the older guy that ran the place before it has leaned into more and more of a dealership feel. Not every vehicle needs to go through a detailed check with a detailed recommendation list to provide each customer. We come to these places for quick service, Not to be misled and pockets felt out. Didn't get my problem solved and left with mileage recommendations which don't match service intervals from my dealer.

Monica is a top notch front-of-the-house associate! From pleasantly taking my call when securing my appointment to single-handedly running the front of the shop while I was there getting service done, she handled the constant inflow of calls and customers with ease. Monica is knowledgable enough of the automotive technicalities that she puts customers at ease with the services being performed and/or recommended with her explanations and hands-on overviews. Never once did her demeanor ever waiver from welcoming and helpful, even as the IT systems crashed and customers continued piling in the door. As soon as things slowed enough for her to catch her breath, she grabbed the mop and cleaned up the shop to ensure things would look squeaky clean and presentable for the next rush. It's rare
