This place refused to honor a premium maintenance plan that came with my 2023 Ram without tacking on their price. THAT WAS NOT THE AGREEMENT in the plan. Every other dealership I visited honored the plan for a simple oil change and filter. They lost a customer which means they lost money. I am at another dealership that honors the premium maintenance plan and did the job Lake Wales Chrysler DODGE failed to do.
In and out faster than any previous dealership. I enjoyed the whole experience. Except shelling out all that hard earned money. Ouch. They eased the pain by being kind to an old guy.
They are scammers. Be careful they are so hungry that they run your credit without permission then you complain to the general manager Toni and said don’t worry! You will be ok! They might just run it once! Believe me they will get my lawyer involved.
Amazing service and amazing help. I couldn’t ask for a better sales person Cristobal Rotter and amazing financial crew. I’m going to recommend everyone here!!!
