My local ford dealer wanted 2400 for a new headlight for my 21 explorer platinum. Lakeland ford, Absolute gentleman to deal with $1220. .Half price and at my door in 3 days. Love these people!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Be careful talking to their customer service. I ordered a set of Track pack brake pads for my Explorer ST. What I received is a set of cheaper Street Pack pads. No one have ever contacted me for this until I received package. When I called the customer service number, the guy was extremely rude and said "this is what u get based on the VIN U provided, if u customize it, the VIN is useless." Come on, u r a customer service, not my highschool teacher. I thought as a Ford dealer, u all should know Explorer ST uses exact same brake caliper and rotors on street pack and track pack, the Track pack pads is gonna fit my original street pack brake with no problem. That customer service guy made it like this is all my fault? Know those cars better before educating me! If

I’ve been ordering parts for my F-250 from Lakeland Ford Parts since 2019, and they’ve been rock-solid from day one. This was the only place that had my part! Out of all the Ford parts dealers and local auto parts retail stores. I will warn other people that you need to call ahead to any ford parts dealer to confirm they have it in stock. If they don't, you have to wait till they get the part from the manufacturer before they can ship it out. That is why some parts take so long to ship. Found that out because I needed 2 rack and pinion bellow boots for my 2013 Ford Mustang V6, and they only had one. They told me if I placed an order for 2, they ship out together so I would have to wait for the other one to come in before getting the one they had. So I placed the order for the one and will do another order for the 2cd. In this situation, it is not their fault for the delay in parts. I called 3 Ford parts
