I had an outstanding experience at Lakeland Toyota purchasing my new Toyota Sienna. Troy DeMan was amazing to work with. He was incredibly efficient with the appraisal of my car and was able to get me above market value for my trade. He helped me find the right vehicle and made sure the payment worked comfortably for me and my family. He was personable, kind, detailed, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Samuel Moncada in finance was equally wonderful. He was efficient, clear, and patient in explaining everything, which made the final steps of the process simple and stress-free. Both Troy and Samuel made this a truly positive experience. I am so grateful for their help and highly recommend Lakeland Toyota.

All in all the buying experience was exceptional. However, the titling experience lacks all professionalism. If you have money to waste then don’t worry about it. I personally don’t. So when it came about to use my money to purchase a brand new tag with an initial registration fee of $225 since it was not their money, they were more than happy to spend it Instead of using one of my two existing tags where that $225 had already been paid. If you’re looking for service after the sale, this is not the place. After I signed the financing company contract they were no longer interested in doing what’s in my best interest. He created a true no pressure environment and made the whole process smooth and stress free.
