Dec 23, at 3:30pm I was on my way up North for christmas with kids who were already there. I had all the presents in my car. My car started to thump and the enging light was flashing. I was just about to hit Monticello and called one place who could not get me in, they referred me here. I called Russ and he took great care of me. Russ and his staff were very nice and helpful with getting me back on the road quickly. Turns out they found a tear in my intake boot that may have been there a while. Thanks to Russ and his team for saving my Christmas.

If I can rate them I would give a negative 5 I have terrible nightmares experience with this auto shop. I’m sure they are some decent and good people but as far as being professional and have etiquette on doing business for their customers zero concerns. I won’t recommend any of my friends or families there. I took my 2007 Toyota tundra there a month ago to fix transmission solenoid. They didn’t do any follow ups. However, every week, I got to do the reaching out to ensure where is the progress. Each week, I called in to check, Russ, the owner said, they are working on and promised me that they will get it done by the end the week. Each week passed by, samething. Over promised and under delivered. First of all, if you’re working on my truck, why take another car and work on it while mine

The mechanic that drove my Mustang to estimate the transmission issues was a pleasure. I’d go back. My husband’s boss- who owns a plumbing company(so he knows what it means to provide trustworthy service)- trusts them. That why we went there.

I have been bring all my vehicles to Russ for about 20 years. Excellent service every time. Always goes the extra mile and very reasonable rates for the service provided. Never feel like I am being tricked into any repairs not needed. Highly recommend to everyone.
