Family referred, nice clean car, easy check in/out, and will definitely use again. Enjoyed our road trip!

Very simple to use. They don't have twenty nine pages of stuff to sign. My only two critiques would be: They changed the car I reserved at the last second. I mean telling me as they are handing me the keys. They wait until the last second so you don't have the chance to walk away. Second, the car could have been at least vacuumed. I don't expect a full detail, just a vacuum and quick wipe-down. Simply removing the items from the last driver does not equal clean. I have noticed that dirty cars and cars you did not reserve are kind of the norm in the car rental business. It would also be nice if they got connected with the major insurance companies so customers don't have to jump through hoops getting reimbursed. I might have to use these guys next month. If they switch the car on

Customer service great. Car was a little messed up where bumper was misaligned and had a dent on the front. I think your business reputation lies on the kind of cars you rent. For me to give you 5 stars please give me a perfect conditioned clean car. Price of rental was good.

after contacting almost every major car rental agency, I am glad I found USave Car & Truck Rental. The 12 passenger van was immaculate, reliable & comfortable. Most of all, the people at USave are the most friendly, kind and accommodating. USave is my place to go to in the future and I recommend them to everyone.

What a wonderful place. Never had any problems your in and out no issues. Very friendly people and this will be my 4th time renting. I'll always come here if I need to rent a vehicle. Awesome staff! !
