Lakeshore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Seaford

I just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lakeshore. This is the first time when buying a vehicle I didn't feel I needed to haggle. The first price they gave me was fair. I shopped other dealerships, checked out the sales price against Kelly Bluebook, and Lakeshore, by far, offered the best value. Working with Samantha Johnson was so easy and was a pleasure. Went to dealership on 1/28/2026 for new battery. Told they had it an could do it. After one hour and twenty minutes I asked how much longer and I was told they are waiting for a battery from Georgetown. Why wasn't I told this from the beginning. I could have come back later. Told them forget it give me my truck. They bring out my truck ( in great condition for a 2008) with the towel I use as a floor mat on the drivers seat and were setting on it. Won't be back!

Lakeshore CDJR in Seaford is my go-to shop for any issues with my Dodge Ram or Jeep. Paul, the service manager, always tries his best to solve the problem at hand without a lot of unnecessary repairs or up charges. This past week my wife's Jeep started showing a check engine light, which had a code indicating a misfire was detected in cylinder number one. I immediately called Paul and got scheduled to bring in the vehicle. By the time we got to Lakeshore, the code had disappeared but Paul took time to drive the vehicle off and on during the day and check the diagnostics to see what might have caused it.
