The staff at Lakeshore RV treated us so well during the purchase of our new 2025 Montana 5th wheel. John was very professional and worked out a great deal for us! Hank and his staff were informative during our orientation, answering all our questions, especially regarding a special order item. We love our new rig and will definitely look to Lakeshore RV for our future needs!

John was amazing to work with from the first phone call. He took lots of time to answer all of our questions and was very patient. We came from out of state during the Christmas rush, so John held the trailer for us until we could see it in person. Once we got to the dealership, the team there went above and beyond to answer questions and add some things to our initial work order. Laurence in the finance department was outstanding to get the paperwork wrapped up quickly so we could catch our flight home. John arranged transport and boarder crossings like an expert and we can’t wait to start camping!!! All together Lakeshore gets a 15/10 from us!!!! We wouldn’t hesitate to send other customers to them. Their prices are super competitive and their customer service was exemplary!!! G

I would give this dealer and their employees 10 stars if it was offered. We were picking up our unit on New Year's Eve and when we got there we had a problem with our hitch (our issue not theirs). They went over and above to help us get the needed part including coming in on a Holiday/day off to get us on our way. Mike, Laurence and their crew were 10 stars!!!!! No shenanigans just a great unit at a fair price. And the best part ..No pressure! We would absolutely do business here again. This is 10 hours from our home yet we would do it all over again.
