This place completely saved me from being stranded. I was traveling from out of state, quite far away when a serious issue occurred to my vehicle. I called every single other auto place in this town before this one and was told to wait 1-2 weeks at every other place and that I'd better just become a Michigan resident for one to two weeks. But finally, I called this place, explained my situation, and they said that I would normally have to wait 2 weeks for an average repair but that they were sympathetic to my situation of being stranded far from my home. They took my car in that day and got me back on my journey within two hours. I'm very thankful that they make time for "save the day" situations. They truly saved my trip from becoming a nightmare.

I brought my car in expecting a small normal wear and tear repair and ended up having more issues than originally thought. The mechanics were extremely communicative, super understanding of my position and concerns, and worked with me every step of the way to make sure I knew exactly what they were doing. I have never appreciated a shop more than these guys. They worked with me to make sure I was getting the best service and experience. HIGHLY recommend this shop, ESPECIALLY if you are a college student. They are absolutely wonderful!

As we are from out of town, we had odd noise in my truck and felt need to get problem fixed. After contacting few shops in area, most are busy and unavailable for the next few days. Lakeside shop made themselves available and fixed our truck right away. They did excellent job and reasonable price. Very happy with their service.
