The staff were very polite and helpful but overall I was not happy on how I received the vehicle back. It felt very rushed, as they may have been trying to get it back to me before the holiday. I was told and showed on the paper work where they replaced the molding around the wheel well, they did not. I showed them where it was still scratched. They ordered a new piece and I had to bring it back on a different day. The door sealants looked warped and could fit my fingers in between them and the sealant on the door was not connected. I had dropped them off a clean vehicle, the interior was left as mess, it felt disrespectful. The driver seat was stained from dirt.

Highly recommend Carstar Lakeside Collision for your repairs. They did a great job on my Hyundai recently fixing a passenger side rear door that was damaged by a minor collision. Would definitely use them again.

They did an amazing job on my 25 Honda civic after it was hit in the front bumper. I’m a professional auto detailer and paint correctionist and I saw no imperfections in the paint work. Lisa was very helpful and kept me informed during the whole process. They estimated the job would take about 3 days and they got it done well within the time frame. This is the second time I have used their services. The front desk staff is excellent, caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility to anyone. They were supportive of getting Enterprise rental car delivered to me, and kept me informed of the progress of my repairs. I highly recommend them and would use them in the future.
