Kim and her team were AMAZING. They took in vehicle right away, were able to address all concerns necessary, and handled everything through our insurance company. Not once did we have to get calls throughout the process with mishaps, which is a great feeling (though they did email us almost every other day on vehicle updates which was a total plus). This repair shop is not a typical service shop. They help you to believe in good customer service again, great work, and a sense of care. Their ability to work with your insurance, car rentals, keep you updated about your vehicle, and complete the task timely and with excellence is a dinosaur in today's social climate. I am very thankful for their organization, customer service and repair work.
