MY PASSENGER SIDE MIRROR AND CASING WAS DESTROYED DUE TO AN ERROR ON MY PART BACKING INTO MY GARAGE. I CALLED PLATINUM COLLISION AND TOOK MY CAR FOR AN ESTIMATE THE NEXT DAY. GOT THE ESTIMATE WHICH WAS REASONABLE PART WAS ORDERED AND PAINTED AND ATTACHED TO MY VEHICLE WITHIN THAT WEEK. THE STAFF IS VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY. I LIKE THE FACT THEY DO A VARIETY OF THINGS FOR YOUR VEHICLE. I WILL DEFINITELY BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER. YOU ALL ARE THE BEST AT PLATINUM COLLISON OF MERRILLVILLE.

They walk you through every step of the repair, maintain communication, and education about best options. Our car looks brand new. Even when picking up the car Alex came out to clear the snow. Just received my car back from platinum collision. And it’s a night and day difference from what it was. I feel like i’m looking at a brand new car. I’m happy to say i’ll be coming to them with all my repairs etc in the future. Great work and a great service as well!!

Great customer service and quality work! They repaired what I needed for a fourth of what I was quoted at different body shops, and had great turnaround time. I really appreciated the way they took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, and they even cleaned out my car afterward. Highly recommended!
