Lakeway Tire - Lumberton

I was there 5 days ago for brakes, tire and oil change. Said nothing was wrong with tire and brakes still squeaking. After a short drive my tire was losing air quickly and upon pulling off this is the condition of my tire.

Had new tires mounted and balanced. They got me in quickly and we're very friendly. Truck rides great. Would recommend.

For tires they are usually OK, however, do not get ANYTHING else done here. I brought my truck in for tires and an alignment. They charged me, but didn't actually do the alignment on it. They refused to provide before and after angles. My steering wheel was still cocked to the side, and when I got home I could tell they didn't touch any of the nuts and bolts required to do an alignment. I went into the shop to let them know, and the guy with the painted nails ignored me while I was talking to answer his phone. Mike Smith, the other tire shop, does a good job on alignments, even though they cost more. You have been warned.

Lifted F250s or any expensive truck stay away. My truck went in for an alignment that never got done because they tampered with parts to get money out of me. I’m 1000+ miles away from home and had my fiancé take it in to get it done before I get home from work in 3 weeks. Prior to taking it in for an alignment the whole front end was inspected by my mechanic who said it only needs an alignment. The first picture is 2 days prior to taking the truck in the ball joint is fine in that picture the second picture is receiving the truck out of the shop with a perfectly cut ball join on that same exact side. The truck doesn’t move when I’m at work so I know damn well it wasn’t from just taking it 2 miles from the house. The customer service is terrible. They literally left the windows down in the

Very honest. Didn't need to replace my cabin filter and showed me. I love my car and they are now my go-to shop.
