Very pleased with installation of which we then drove a long ways away towing. Very quiet smooth riding 305/45R22 118S XL Toyo Open Country A/T III BLK for 2023 Ford Expedition and these for travel trailer LT235/75R15 E WILDPEAK A/T4W were great as well. Overall very pleased and installation price was competitive. They have nitrogen capability, tires were well balanced, and they set the tire pressure accurately.

The gentlemen who helped me out was very courteous and friendly. I was very happy with my experience here and would recommend to others! I received the free oil change for my birthday, which I am very grateful for! Such a kind service!

So I went in originally to replace my front right passenger tire. They older man ended up not listening to me when I said front right side tire, even after explaining front, right side tire (front passenger side tire). Waited from noon to about 4pm all for them to change the wrong tire after discovering of my ball joint being loose on my driver's side tire. They put the new tire there instead of changing the front RIGHT side tire. But main complaint is the way these people and JUSTIN treated me. Fake hospitality at its utmost. I have rims and to take off my tire obviously you need the rim wheel lock key for the lugs. I previously put my rim key in my glove box prior to visit. I reminded Justin in the lobby that my key was in the glove box and he said," oh they found it no worries." Well af

I had called before lunchtime to get a set of tires and they were out of stock. They had them transferred to the Lumberton location. Which within 30 mins after my lunch break they had arrived and were already working on my vehicle. I was super impressed with the knowledge that the lady had and she gave me a list of services that were needed to be completed. The price was just right for what I needed and I wasn’t there all day. I’ll be back in 2 weeks for alignment.

0 starsl. Had bad experience few years ago and swore I wouldn't go back. They drained transmission while doing an oil change and wouldnt pay dealer to fill it back properly. Heard they were under new managment so gave them a chance and they failed again. Took 45 min to say tire is to worn to patch. Thats fine but why 45min to say we cant do it then girl at desk got hurt feelins when i explained it doesnt take 45 min to measure tread depth and said give me my keys. Next when leaving tech had wrong ticket attached to my car and was removing wrong tire, the ticket they had on my car was for all 4 tire replacment on another that another customer paid for. Please go somewhere competent. Obviously a problem from top down!
