I purchased a certified preowned Ford Transit through Shelton and he was a tremendous help. I live in New York so the procedures for purchase, registering and transport were unfamiliar to me. The service department tried to charge me $450 and $1000 for an electrical harnesses... I had the vehicle towed to another dealer and it cost $250 vs the $1450. Service Advisor Ron is nice but tech needs more training.

Horrible service and slow. I went in for service fluids and filters, left several hours later with a warning light on that wasn't there when I pulled in. Then had to get someone else to fix the light.

Cannot give any rating on my last service. VERY POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION! Had vehicle in shop for recalls and warranty work for 5 1/2 weeks. Never got call from anyone on progress, had to go there weekly to be told you still have a few people ahead of you. Never had this problem in the past VERY DISAPPOINTED! Had extended warranty and was supposed to get rental car, however, no one, service advisor, service manager, nor sales manager could help me with this. Again, poor service from management on this issue.
