Disappointing experience. Avoid these scammers. I brought my 430i BMW in because of a coolant leak. The first time I got the low coolant indication, I refilled the reservoir - 1 refill lasted me 48h. I take the car in the Sid’s garage and the they diagnose the issue as faulty water pump. Charged me $1,200. 48h after this, I get yet another low coolant level warning. It lasted 2 days. Same as before. I take it back in and they claim the issue is a flange that needs replacement and quote me $1,300 for the repair. The pump was never bad. They failed to diagnose the issue correctly the first time and want to charge me twice. Absolutely not. I’m taking my car out of this garage and leaving. It could not have been the pump. Great service at Sid’s European Motors. I was a loyal customer of another local BMW dealership but couldn’t keep up with their prices. Sid was highly recommended and after speaking to Maryanne, the office manager, I knew I found the right place for my car. Sid and his employees are helpful and knowledgeable.

Probably the most knowledgeable BMW mechanic I've come across. He doesn't just answer questions, he teaches so that I also grew in my knowledge of how to take care of my car and what to look out for. He and his team have always been super patient and understanding when I've had problems with the car, and will do their best to get it in as soon as possible to check out and fix any issues. They do only accept cash and checks, but if you ask nicely, Sid may let you pay in installments for any repairs. 10/10 recommend. Sad I'll have to find a new mechanic since I'm moving.

What a lifesaver!!! I was there for vacation when my BMW X3 died on me I was thinking it was the battery but it wouldn't take a charge at all. I Google searched BMW Repair I had it towed to his shop on a Saturday I told him that I needed to get back to Memphis for work on Monday. He said he would do his best... And he did! He sent pictures of the damaged parts on my truck, replacement parts that he put on it did an oil change and everything!!! Very satisfied!! I was ready to get rid of it he said ... it's fixed now, I'll buy it🤣! Thanks a million Sid!!!

On April 09, 2021, I bought my 2016 435i to Sid's for engine repair, I had another pleasant experience with having my car repaired.
