Lamb's Tire & Automotive

I don't recommend this auto repair shop. My story happened six months ago (contact support number 186206). The antifreeze was slowly leaking, and I wanted to find the cause and fix it. They took the car in for diagnostics, and I sat there for two hours waiting. Most importantly, they didn't even take the car to the garage or pressure test the cooling system. The verdict was that everything needed to be replaced: the radiator, water pump, and hoses. I paid $160 for this disgrace—yes, a whole $160 for nothing. I haven't changed anything on the car yet, I continue to drive it, and everything works. I'm attaching a photo of the inspection. I wish these mechanics had fewer customers!

My first time using Lambs on Whitestone this morning. I need new tires, oil change and possible alignment. They are the nicest group, professional, knowledgeable and they listened to what I needed and ordered my tires, changed my oil and did a 5 point check on my car to see what I needed. They displayed honesty, did t try to upsell on anything. It was refreshing to find a company who is ethical, honest and knows what they are doing. This trip was a great experience. Patrick was a straight shooter. He listened when I described my issue and how the truck was handling. He was able to locate the issues, and get them fixed asap. It really was a good feeling when he told me that everything was covered under warranty and that my balance was $0.

My experience was excellent with Lambs Tire. Brad told me what to expect when he ordered my special tires and everything worked out just as he said. The process to replace my tires went smoothly and quickly while I waited.

I’ve been using Lambs for several years for my automotive needs. I recently brought a couple of my cars in for service. One for a flat tire and another for an emissions test. Each were completed very quickly. I would definitely recommend Lambs Tire and Automitive
