I've been coming here my entire driving life-but this week has been the cherry on top of their service. This talented group of mechanics genuinely care about their customers, cars, and their customers lives. Highly recommended-for whatever vehicle you have!

I was visiting from out of state and ended up hitting a guard rail on my way down. My car was still drivable, but the front fender was bent enough that it was preventing my driver door from opening more than a couple inches. A friend recommended Lament's Auto Services so I took it in and dropped it off in the morning. I spoke with Brian who was very personable and friendly. I explained the situation, and I know they're not a body shop, but I just wanted it reshaped enough so I could use my door again. He said they could get to it that afternoon. I also mentioned an issue with a check engine light that I've had for a while that my garage back home has been unable to resolve for over a month and he said he'd take a look at that, too. When my A/C went out diagnostics recommended a compressor replacement. Brian and the team saved me thousands by identifying and replacing a bad sensor. A/C is working perfectly now and we will make Lament's our car care destination going forward!

I've been searching for an honest auto repair shop. This is my second visit to Laments. Both visits were very good experiences. Brian is friendly, honest, thorough and clear. I would highly recommend. I will certainly be back again.

Lament taught me almost everything I know as a mechanic. Thanks to him I have had a very successful career. I was very close to giving up fixing cars when I started working there. I have met some really terrible mechanics in my 19 years as a tech, and as a service manager. Lament is top notch! If I lived in Wayne I would bring my car here. Brian was an excellent mechanic years ago and I imagine he has only become the best. Definitely trust these guys with your car! They are honest and just good human beings!!
