First time here and I was impressed! Clear communication, quick service, friendly staff. Joe the manager was awesome to work with! He explained everything thoroughly, even showed me the photos of how bad it was haha. I appreciate the transparency, timeliness, and great service all around! Will definitely come back when I need more car services in the future.

This shop is truly trustworthy and puts customer service first. The staff was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options without any pressure. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel this comfortable and respected as a customer. Highly recommend.

It’s no secret that wherever Joe Bremme goes, a great culture follows. He treats his employees with respect, and it shows in how they treat customers. The service is consistently excellent, and the end results are happy, loyal customers. This all may sound like common sense, but it’s rare to see service done this well and so many companies fall short with customer service from the small to the largest in the world. After getting a flat tire, I requested road services (had no spare) so I picked the closest auto body shop for the tow truck to take my car to (so completely by random). The very next day Joe called to keep me updated. I needed 2 new tires & they needed to be ordered (not surprised, that’s pretty normal for the kind of tires I have) Anyway, he continued to keep me updated throughout the day. By about 6pm the tires had still not arrived (not their fault). He texted me at 6:49pm (mind you they close at 7pm) to let me know they arrived & his assistant, Dwayne, was willing to stay late & put the new tires on. I was floored by how kind & generous they were. I’ve never been to a shop that was willing to do such a nice thing, most would say they’ll do it the next day, so for Dwayne to stay when h

All I can say is wow! We were in town for the holidays and got stuck because we had a flat tire on New Year’s and couldn’t find a tire shop until we found these guys and they got us in right away and fixed us up within 30 minutes so we can get back on the road! Huge thank you to Joe (manager) and Mason (technician) for taking the time to repair the flat tire. This place truly takes care of their customers!!! THANK YOU MONRO AUTO SERVICE!!!
