Did the diagnostic and repair for less than the other shops quoted and far faster than other shops offered. Too bad you can't give more than 5 stars.

I had a very bad experience with these guys. They were extremely unprofessional. Lance and Cody were both very rude to me, lying to me several times and cussing at/insulting me. They didn't even fix what I brought it in for which was a burning smell coming from the engine. Cody told me that a gasket was leaking oil so I paid 300 for that plus 100 for brakes which they said I needed. After a few days of driving it not only did it still have the smell but my brakes now make a loud creaking noise and the engine was vibrating a lot. I told them about the vibrating which makes a loud sound while it is idling and they lied and said they would look at it if I left it there. I left it there for two whole weeks and they never even bothered to call me back about it. I took it somewhere else to get

Would recommend for basic jobs needing done like, tire changes, oil changes, etc.. the basics Wouldn’t recommend for people who have a busy life because they like to take their time especially when they have to go take engine needing work done to a different shop because they don’t know how to or don’t have the tools. Would have been nice to know beforehand because I could’ve taken it to a different shop. For as long as it took (3+) weeks with no car and being ignored for 1-3 days each of those weeks I was better off waiting and taking it to my normal local shops. but when you have no choice because you work you try to get in the quickest place, thinking this would have a great place because most peoples experience has been good, (assuming for basic fixes. Highly recommended. I have done have had all my cars worked on my Lance over the years and I can say I have never had any issues in this regard. Sometimes it may take a while but he also has to wait on on parts to arrive or if something critical comes in. They did a great job on my malibu . Now my car has a wobble on driver side , and noise at highway speed . Will bring it to them on Monday.
