If I could give this business 100 stars I would. High quality work, reliable, honest, personable, and extremely fair prices. My mom caused a ding in another person’s car when she opened the passenger door. Other shops that are highly rated online wanted to charge 3-5 times the cost. They were trying to take advantage of a widow with dementia on a fixed income and this caused her severe anxiety. Lance provided a high quality repair, was extremely personable, responsive to my calls and texts and I learned about the other positive things he does for the community. His price was more than fair and this reduced my mom’s anxiety tremendously. He not only runs the shop but has a hands-on approach to the work, so you know he’s invested. Lance’s Collision does amazing, on time (and fast) quality work. My two cars (Audi Q7 and Lexus SC430) were damaged badly in transport from the east coast to CA. Lance and his team did a fantastic job of repairing the cars -they look brand new - and they were so fast! This is the best experience I have ever had with a repair facility ....would highly recommend Lance’s Collision.

I've had to commute all over Los Angeles because of my job and over the last few years I have gotten into some pretty devastating wrecks with many different kinds of cars - some old, some brand new. Lance and his crew are probably the most qualified to match paint, repair dents and scratches, and do total body replacement. They are professional and efficient and can diagnose complex problems on both foreign and domestic car types. Their attention to detail is amazing right down to ordering the correct emblems for a specific sports cars. It's easy to give Lance a 5 star review.

I can't imagine a more capable, efficient, and cost effective collision specialist than Lance. His work is impeccable; I brought my car in for a front bumper scrape at 8:00 AM, and it was ready by 3:00. The two other body shops from which I received quotes told me it would take 2 or 3 days and were obviously higher in cost. I have the highest regard for Lance's Collision!
