Rusnak BMW Service Department

I had an excellent experience with Renee Norris, the Service Advisor at Rusnak in Westlake, California. She provided outstanding service, addressing all of my questions, concerns, and car issues thoroughly. My car was repaired in a timely manner, and she arranged a loaner vehicle for me while the work was being done, which made the process seamless. I truly cannot ask for more Renee’s professionalism, knowledge, and attentiveness made the entire experience exceptional. Highly recommend her services!

went in to get a recall service done on my bmw. In addition to that, i did my own assessment of my vehicle and wanted an estimate for a separate service. this is an involved service on a bmw and even independent shops would charge an arm n leg. well not this time! John Ives the service lead helped me get all that work done for free under a warranty i never knew existed! i would've spent thousands at a shop getting this done and would not have known but I am glad I got the help I did from this location.

Unfortunately had to deal with Bob and he immediately had an attitude like a pre teen once I walked in. Understandably, I came in an hour before my appointment so I could understand some frustration, but I really don’t come here to deal with a service advisors nasty attitude. Not only did he throw some snarky remarks, but he would not stop rolling his eyes at me and sighing at me . Seriously, it’s like dealing with a teenager and the dude is well into his 60’s. First and last time I bring my car here. 10/10 service on the car though, can definitely give some credit there and reception was very polite and helpful.

Difficult problem to correct but pursued a solution diligently. Car was returned to me in beautiful condition, carpets, seats etc. looked and smelled great. Very generous with loaner cars when being serviced at Rusnak. Service Advisor Renee Norris very competent & gracious.

Renee Norris was very kind and communicated issues very well. There was an issue with a software glitch that was resolved and my car’s heating and cooling is working after the updates have been made. I did notice a couple of superfluous things perhaps by the mechanic and it was not a big deal but when I saw the video of my car about everything I had noticed a lot of leaves that had accumulated close to the windshield section underneath the hood. So when I got my car back I opened up the hood and noticed that all the leaves were still there they were not brushed or blown off. Not really an issue but then I looked around a bit more and noticed a red cap dangling loose by a positive charge bolt. I was able to put it back on and then while I was doing that I had noticed that a very large seal
