Lanco Wash N Shine

Ii took 3 different bays to find one that the credit card machine would work. Horribly expensive. Spot Free rinse didn't work. Mat Cleaner did a very spotty job. Your better off putting your mats on the ground and spraying them off. Ybou would be etter off going a short distance north to Adamstown Car Wash @ 3094 N Reading Rd, Reinholds, PA 17569. You can thank me when you review them.

I only needed to vaccume my car out. But honestly just that service told me how overpriced they were, and how they up-charge for every little thing. Its $3 per vaccume time and they had a Stop button, and instructions to use for desired time. So I thought it was $3 for unlimited time. Only 5 minutes goes by and the vaccume stops. I wasn't nearly done, so I try again just to get my car kinda vaccumed out with the time I had that morning. I felt really rushed with the timer. I had to go to a different car wash later on, (I think was Tommy's Express who had free vaccumes, and mat cleaning services just a few minutes away) so I didn't have to pay them any more ridiculous overpriced fees. Me and my husband are never using this place again.

Awful. This car wash is getting worse and worse. These are pictures taken after I got home from the touchless wash, which was only 10 minutes way from my house so it’s not like I drive through mud or dirt. It looked better before I washed it. My car looks like trash.

Stopped in to wash my vehicle and chose the $13 wash. Inserted a $20 and this is what I got in return. Figured no big deal, just didn’t have any bills for change. Proceeded to get the wash. After, pulled around to where it said “Office” come to find out it was just a storage room. At this point I’m a little irritated. So, I look up the number and call it only to get a Non-Profit Organization in Lancaster that for some reason is getting forwarded all of the Lanco calls. I get it’s only $7 but, that’s $7 that I could have used elsewhere!! Not sure I’ll be back.

I tried soft touch after I realized the touchless leaves my car far from clean, but had the same outcome- streaks of dirt all over my car after a $13 wash, making this far from worth the price. 2 stars only because of the convenient hours.
