Personal Care at Stevens

Jennifer and the personal care team at the Gardens at Stevens took care of my father when he needed an immediate respite stay. Their facility is clean and intimate, almost home like. They looked after Dad like family. Assisting with his daily needs without complaint and giving insightful feedback to the family on his progress. They were very sweet to him. When he began to wonder at nights, they put alarms on the doors and immediately recommended a nighttime care person so that he could wind down and sleep through the nights and be safe. They were excellent at making arrangements for his medications and PT and OT. Sadly, we learned Dad needed to be in a memory care unit and could no longer stay at Stevens.
