I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Randy Tag. Our salesman was absolutely amazing - patient, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to understand what we wanted and answered every question thoroughly. He made what’s usually a stressful process feel easy and comfortable. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. If you’re shopping for a car, do yourself a favor and work with him, you won’t regret it!

I drove about an hour to see a vehicle at Jaguar Lakeland and worked with Randy throughout the process. He was extremely communicative all day via text, answering the many questions I had about the car before I arrived. When I got there, he was just as great in person—very personable, knowledgeable, and clearly excellent at what he does. I’ve been shopping at several luxury dealerships recently while searching for this specific BMW X5, and the experience hasn’t always been the best. Today was different. Randy made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He’s a real asset to the dealership, and I highly recommend working with him if you’re considering a vehicle there.

I just had the best service experience of my life!! I have a 2015 Jaguar FType and although she is getting old I still love her. I took her in for some maintenance work on the suspension and a battery issue. The service manager, Luke and my service advisor, Mike were beyond helpful. They provided a video of the cars inspection which pointed out all issues that were identified. Then they gave me several options on what needed to be addressed to keep my beloved car running in top shape. They even cleaned my car before returning it. As a woman, I really felt like I received the best advice and service at a reasonable price. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. My car certainly looks and drives better than when I took it in!
