Land Rover Little Rock

I had a fantastic experience with Land Rover Little Rock when I purchased my red 2020 Honda Civic about three years ago. I was nervous about buying my very first car, especially out of state, but the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I had found a great deal on my dream car, and Dylan Chism was absolutely awesome from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I highly recommend asking for Dylan if you’re shopping here. I couldn’t have asked for a better first car-buying experience and would definitely recommend this dealership.

A while ago I visited Land Rover Little Rock .Once I arrived on the lot a salesman immediately greeted me and answered questions about the Land Rover Defender. He also opened the doors and showed me the interior and he was very cordial and professional. The salesman name was Abidemi Kareem and I told him because of his kindness I’ll be back in the near future to order one in gunmetal.

It took three hours to do an oil change and everything was not taken care of. No coolant fluid was put in at the light was coming on. No windshield fluid was filled. Customer service manager had to do that. It was not done in the service department. No courtesy car and too long of wait not sure that everything they put on the list was actually taken care of. Would like a call back from upper management or dealership owner

Love the car, dealership not so much. Scheduled appointment to change the battery in a Discovery. 1st available was 3 weeks out. Dealership calls the day before appointment to reschedule. 1st available date is more than a month out!? To change a car battery!? And of course, not just anybody can change the battery because doing so requires an electronics reset using specialized equipment. Edit - prior to dealership's response, an immediate appointment was scheduled with another shop. To get the car back on the road quickly, we paid over $300 for what would have been warranty work at the dealership (to simply change a battery...) If anyone wants one, we've got one for sale! Barely over 20k miles! New battery!

worse customer service. The speed limit in this area is 30 MPH, and I was driving legally. One of your vans rode my bumper aggressively trying to force me to speed, laid on the horn repeatedly, and then ran me off the road. That is not just rude — it’s dangerous and reckless behavior that could have caused a serious accident. What made this even worse was what happened when I called to report it. When I asked to speak to the General Manager, I got a snooty and dismissive woman on the phone who clearly did not care. She acted like she was transferring me, but she never did — the call “rerouted” right back to her, and it became obvious she never transferred me in the first place.
