Land Rover Orlando Service Center

My 2023 Discovery Sport Bad A$$ Edition (lol) was giving us a Low battery warning every time we drove the car. Start / Stop was now not working and my Gps software mysteriously vanished. Called service and got an appt within 2 weeks to bring the car in. Upon bringing car in Melanie Schneider (super friendly & super helpful) got us a 2025 Defender as a loaner. Next day we were called and told car battery was charged and Gps software was reloaded and car was ready to pick up. Upon pickup I was a abit disappointed that the battery was not replaced but I requested to speak with the service tech and actually spoke with the shop foreman Nick who was also very friendly & informative about Land Rovers protocol and their procedure that they needed to follow for replacing a battery under warranty!

Our Service Advisor Patty Marrero was great. Found us a loaner and got all services done ahead of schedule. Probably the best service we have ever received at this dealership.
