Land Rover Schaumburg Service

I had a great experience at Jaguar Land Rover of Schaumburg. I especially want to thank Sam Badro for the excellent service. He went above and beyond even communicating with me after hours, answering questions, and providing all the information I needed to feel comfortable moving forward with the purchase. Sam was honest, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. It felt like a smooth process for both of us, and I’m really happy with how everything came together. The entire team seemed welcoming and professional, and the overall experience was positive. Customer service was good. Came to drop off my vehicle because of the noise while driving. Said that they will have an answer in 3 days, but it took them a week. They did not provide rental car. But overall, service was good, fast response, friendly staff.

Great service, they were able to squeeze me into an already full schedule for the day which was very helpful, as I didn't think ahead and schedule an appointment!
