3 weeks since paid cash for the car and had 4 specific issues that were to be completed on the car before delivery 1 week since it was delivered with 2 of the 4 done and was talked to in a rude manner by Alex and told by sales person they weren’t promised (I had them in writing unbeknownst to her ) the car was returned It’s now been a week and after numerous calls with no success until I tracked down Sale Manager of Ranger Rover South Bay I was govern tracking I canceled my Friday plans to await the Fed Ex package today only to recognize by Fed Ex the finance guy only created a label So another day wasted by South Bay Range Rover They do not seem to be able assist customers with issues after sale I have no words left for the lack of accountability of the dealership from top to bottom with

Owning a Land Rover should feel special, but Land Rover South Bay has turned it into a three year ordeal of dishonesty, negligence and frustration. This isn’t just a one-time mistake, it’s a pattern that proves this dealership simply doesn’t care about its customers. From the beginning, sales was a mess. They left tools in the car when I first drove it home, stains and scratches everywhere, promised fixes that never came and then ghosted me when I followed up. That should have been enough of a red flag, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. Fast forward three years and the service department is just as bad, if not worse. I bought a used Range Rover on August 1st (3 months ago). At that time, there was a problem with the sunroof and soft door closing, so I took it back to get it fixed, but it was not fixed at all and it was repaired for a week. After that, I took it back to get it repaired for another 2 weeks, but it was not fixed. I asked how this could happen, but they said they would fix it, but they still haven't fixed it. When I told them that I would talk to a lawyer and send a letter, they only replied then. However, they are not responding again in this situation. They are wasting my time and money and are not taking responsibility. The salesman's name is Eddie Guerrero. Be careful. This is a company that we should stay away from.

I’ve not yet received a diagnosis or repair yet but I just took my car in to the servicing department today. So far the service reps are wonderful and very welcoming. I showed up to my appointment at 10:15 and received a complimentary Uber home. I was home before 11 am. I will update with the servicing review post service. Thanks to South Bay Land Rover!
