I recently purchased a 2018 Range Rover Sport from Jaydon. I must commend this gentleman for his excellent salesmanship; he was attentive and ensured that the process was as efficient and pleasant as possible. He was upfront and honest, which is precisely what one seeks, and he delivered accordingly.

I have bought a few cars from Walser and frankly I think they are tough to do business with. Last year we stopped in to look at a used Toyota Land Cruiser and Ellen Franklin helped us. Right from the get go we liked her a lot. I was honest about my previous experiences at Walser and she didn't let my attitude effect this transaction. The Land Cruiser wasn't for us and we didn't get a deal done. In January I was looking for a very specific truck for our company and low and behold the only one in Wichita was at Walser. I recently purchased a 2026 Defender & worked with Ellen Franklin. I felt the need to share my outstanding experience with her! She knew every answer to every question, her approach was not pushy in the slightest which made it enjoyable. Did I just say I enjoyed making a car purchase? Yes, yes I did. I recently worked with Ellen on a Velar, and honestly, the experience wasn’t what I expected. From the first call, her tone felt a bit off, but I decided to move forward anyway. The photos of the car showed it wasn’t in the best condition—looked pretty dirty overall. Ellen kept encouraging me to just come take it, and eventually mentioned that someone local was interested. I told her that was fine and I’d wait for another opportunity, and the call ended pretty abruptly after that. I’ve purchased several Audis, BMWs, and Lexus vehicles from Walser over the years, and this interaction didn’t match the level of service I’m used to. Maybe Ellen was having a rough day—other reviews say she’s great, and I wish I’d had that same experience.

Great experience overall, we showed up a tad early for our appointment meant to a car warmed up ready for a test drive. Jaydon made sure our experience was comfortable and quick. Would recommend to anyone.
