The technician was very professional from the very start of my situation. He showed up to my home in no time and it was the weekend. I am an operations manager with Tractor Supply and I also have 3 kids that need things daily, so I really needed my vehicle fixed as soon as possible. He was so motivated to get the job done timely and correct, he was so thorough in working with my Yukon. The technician diagnosed my Yukon having a torque converter out, he went to work right away, leaving in his own truck if any parts where needed, kept communication great and worked as hard as I have seen a mechanic/technician ever work for me and my family. My vehicle was a 4x4 so he had to pull my trans and transfer case a huge job Ann’s he had me back up and going in no time. I would recommend this technic
