Had an issue with my car on Thanksgiving and Bill didn’t hesitate to accommodate me leaving my car on for the holiday and then sorted the problem the next day. He took control of my situation and helped sort a solution. Great communication and solution oriented. Don’t bring your car anywhere else but Lanes garage. Amazing experience
