Finding a good mechanic who’s honest, communicates effectively, and is empathetic is one of the hardest people to find. Jay is all of these and then some. He makes you feel like a friend and takes care of you like one. My dad was driving my box truck home to help me with my business when suddenly the trans completely froze up and stopped working. My dad called Jay on a Saturday, WHICH ALSO WAS on his wife’s birthday. He personally came out to see the vehicle with his wife and kids in the car to see what he could do to help. Was lucky enough to stumble across this shop while in the area. Jason, the owner, is VERY knowledgeable and I'm grateful to have discovered a local Porsche mechanic. Stand-up crew, helpful folks, will be dealing with these gentlemen a lot more in the future, and you should too!
