Lane's Towing of Yukon LLC

We called another company for a tow & after waiting for a good two hours, I took a chance and called Lane's hoping they could get to us sooner. Within 15 minutes there they were, friendly & efficient. I was amazed by how well everything was explained. Im so glad I called & would not hesitate to call again. Great experience from start to finish.

Landon was my tow truck driver. He gave me an estimated time of 25 minutes and he was there in 20 minutes. He was very kind and looked at my car and the problems. Then he wanted to make sure and repeated the address of where he was towing it twice to make sure of the address. Once he got to the address and was filling out the dropbox envelope, he called me because there was a required signature. When I did not pick up, he left a message that he was going to sign it not authorized to sign. He didn’t have to do any of those things for me. But he went the extra mile and made sure that not only did he take care of the car, but he took care of the customer and the worry and anxiety of a customer in a bad situation at night was relieved. I called the other local (yukon) towing company, they came out and "couldn't do it" with their flat bed or anything they had. I called Lane's Towing and without hesitation Chris showed up and said he could do it no problem. He was very fast to respond,professional and went above and beyond. Lanes will be my first and only call from now on! I'm beyond pleased

Claims to be 24 hours but isn’t. Once you call you will have to wait 3 hours for someone to arrive to assist you. The man on the phone seems very mad about his job . Maybe he should get a new one. Highly wouldn’t recommend….

This man/owner whatever he is, is the rudest most disrespectful person that I have ever had to deal with. His hours say 24/7 but it’s really whenever he feels like it. Then he said we could pick up property before 5pm M-F. I get there @ 3:45 no one is there then he’s gonna say I didn’t say I was coming when I clearly said when can I pick up property. He’s rude and don’t know how to talk or communicate with people.
