I can always count on Lannan Auto for exceptional service and great communication! I've trusted them to work on all of my vehicles since day 1!

Took a tire in to get new valve stem, dismount tire from rim, clean the rim and fix from leaking. There was dirt in bead. I come back to get it and all they did was bust one side off rim and said tire was damaged and couldn't fix it. Did they clean rim? No. Did they put in new valve stem? No. Charged me 15$ to let air out! Thanks for nothing! I won't ever go back There was nothing wrong with my tire! Cleaned rim bead myself. Tire holding air just fine now.

Had a appointment today at 10am was told it would take ONE to TWO hours after 2 hours and 30 minutes called to find out the had not started. They didn’t have enough decency to text or call ti let us know they were running behind. AND Upon arrival, I was asked if I would be staying or leaving so maybe with this question is how they decide who is a priority? If you’re looking for it is what it is. Or…I guess that’s good enough! Then this will be the service for you. But for me, not today people! Your word is all you have and when it don’t stand well there you go Thanks, but no thanks When someone tells you the service is no good believe them! As I did not 😔

I have used this business over the last few years on many occasions. Had good experiences with only minor complaints, until the last two occasions. There was a total lack of communication on the part of this business. They let me pick up my vehicle, without any information being relayed to me that the warranty repairs were not done, due to other damaged parts that needed repairs first. It was not until I had grease leaking from behind my rear tire, that I knew there was still an issue. After sending pictures and contacting the owner, I was told that the manager meant to talk to me, but they were overworked and short on employees at the time. WHAT? In the two weeks timeframe, no one could be bothered to contact me and make me aware of the issues? That is unacceptable to me. I am not
