They'll get done what they tell you they will get done, just not necessarily WHEN they tell you they'll do it. They changed my appointment time THREE TIMES. Even on the morning of the day, they gave me ABSOLUTELY NO heads-up. It was the most unprofessional way to handle an appointment.

This company did a good job putting in sliding glass door in our house. They could have done a better job in communicating with me when my door was to come in. I had to keep calling to check on it.

On April 17, 2015, I took window in to get measured and order replacement double panes low-e glass for two windows. They charged the price for the panes and for installation. One would assume they ordered them. Oh but no, collected monies and didn't order. Three weeks later after hearing nothing I called and they discovered the they didn't order( wasn't like it was ordered on a weekend either). They said they will try to expedite the order. Well guess not, not expected to be delivered until June 2nd Incompetent people at this business Going to Lowes for the remaining 14 windows. Rating should be a big zero stars!

Great job replacing glass in a porch window. Reasonable price, nice people.
