I encountered a highly unsatisfactory experience with this particular tow/autobody company. Upon attempting to pay with a card, I was informed by a counter representative that only cash payments were accepted in person. This individual appeared to react negatively to a comment I made, even though it was not directed at him. He then expressed his disapproval of my statement, "You have to be kidding me." I believe that freedom of speech remains a fundamental right. For future business transactions, I strongly recommend that the company clearly communicate its cash-only payment policy or prominently display a visible sign to that effect, as none was apparent during my visit. Act professional and stay out of your feelings. Have a great day.

My experience with this establishment was bad. Two reasons: poor service and staff was not professional.

If no stars were an option I’d give it! The service received was beyond poor, unprofessional and very disappointing.
