Great customer service from Troy, Charlene, and the technician that helped find a screw I dropped in the engine area. Thank you for addressing the issue and I will definitely continue to get my car serviced and maintained here.

Outstanding customer service from your employee Hank. He was very helpful in everyway. My son was broke down there and Hank was all over ways to get him back on the road to Daytona Florida. I’ve had two experiences in the last 6 months at this dealership. Both times my vehicle broke down and they had my truck diagnosed and back on the road in 1-2 days. This would not have happened at my home town dealership service department. Hunter provided kind, quick, understanding and calm service with my numerous phone calls. I live 3 hours away but planning on making this my dealership for future service.

My mom and I were passing through Laramie on the way home, and our power steering went out. We were about 2000 miles from our ending destination, so we really needed to get it fixed. We pulled into this place, where we were directed to the service consultant Caleb, who was super helpful and understanding of our situation. They were able to fit us in immediately and were able to get the parts switched out in under 2 hours. Caleb kept us informed and up to speed throughout the whole process, and everyone there was just very friendly and helpful, especially given the circumstances. They even drove us to a restaurant so we could get food while we waited. Now the power steering works like a charm now, so we are back on the road with only a minor delay.
