Took my truck in to get diagnosed. They told me it was a fuel pump. Paid over $1k for a new fuel pump and it died on the highway the next day, not getting fuel. Had it towed back in on a tuesday, they called me Friday afternoon saying they couldn’t figure it out and it has to go to an electrical shop. Ended up being a fuel pump regulator and cost another $500 to fix. They didn’t offer to work with me on their bad diagnostics the first time I took it in. 3 tows and over $1500 later, will not be going back. Highly suggest finding another shop in Laramie

Laramie Tire & Auto Center is a honest, locally owned full service auto center. They have the best consumer service in town, with excellent workmanship. They do not try to up-charge you for work not needing to be performed. Have taken several of my vehicles here, and always leave happy!

Big Thanks to Daniel and Angelica for helping us today. We passed through and needed to make a decision on what to do regarding using our spare or trying a different solution to get us back home. It’s not easy to pick a place when you are from a different state on a road trip. Daniel was very knowledgeable and came up with different solutions, so was Angelica. Both went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Thank you! Highly recommend the shop if you need new tires or other services.

Called to schedule a service, and the person who answered hung up on me before I could even make a decision on when to drop off my car. (Short story) He said that what I needed done (a full service) likely wouldnt be able to be done on Saturday since they close at 12. Then he hung up on me before I could make a decision. I wouldve just moved my schedule and dropped it off during the week. Now I will not be going here for a service.

Most amazing people! My wife and I were traveling home and experienced an issue with our truck. Not only did they fix the issue for an amazing price, but they showed me how to fix the issue if it happened again. I am military and was on a time crunch, so they fixed our truck enough to get us home. They are fair and great people! Hard to find in the mechanic space! On top of everything they were all booked and still were able to get is right in and the issue fixed! God bless them!
