Made an apt 3 weeks in advance. Day of apt I dropped off my car and they told me it would be done between 430 and 5 PM. I didn’t hear anything from them all day and I went to pick up the car at the suggested time. I was told at that point that they had never cleaned my car and had left me a voicemail earlier that day. I had not missed a call or a voicemail and they had no response other than to shrug and tell me I was out of luck. Terrible customer service will never use again.

Amazing! Spectacular! What else can I say! Betsy and the detail team did a phenomenal detail job on my JX35. I would highly recommend their services!!
