LaRoche Chevrolet Buick GMC

I've had such a mixed experience with this dealership. First I want to start with the positive, the guy at the service desk when you first walk in is amazing. I would love to give him 5 stars, he is amazing. Same with the lady who does the billing for service she is amazing as well and she deserves 5 stars as well. The staff over at express service is really good as well. Its thanks to these people that this isnt a 1 star review. Now to the negative, they sold my wife a horrible car while I was away on deployment. They absolutely took advantage of her and sold her a used vehicle for way over what it was worth at a horrible APR and it has been a horrible car. The receptionist was on her cell when I walked in, noticed me, set her phone down to awknowledge me, yet still also carried on her cell conversation on her on speaker. She rolled her eyes repeatedly, was annoyed when I asked to not receive promotional material by mail and appeared rather inconvenienced by having to check me in for a an oil change appointment. The waiting room looked that of company about to go under. I decided not to trust them with my vehicle and left

I'm not one to leave a review for a business unless it's a standout (positively or negatively). I'm happy to report that I had a stellar experience with the service department, especially with service advisor Jason Lampe. Jason listened to my problems and quickly diagnosed the issues. I had my Tahoe in and out of there within a few hours. I wholeheartedly recommend Laroche Chevy.

Excellent buying experience. Cole, the salesman was able to find the vehicle I was looking for and at an excellent price. no pressure sales. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Oil change and tire rotation on GMC AT4 for just a few dollars more than I pay the quick lube place in Brenham.
