I took my vehicle here for service about 2 months ago. I needed 3 things looked at, and was specific about them when I dropped the truck off. I asked to be called before any work was done (my vehicle is under warranty to 100k miles) in case something wasn't covered. The person I dropped the truck off with rushed me through the paperwork and gave me a loaner vehicle with an empty tank of gas and trash in the floorboards. I did not receive a phone call that day or the next regarding my vehicle. In fact, after 4 phone calls to the service department I finally got in touch with someone who informed me my vehicle was ready and an amount was owed. Apparently the work they did on item 1 was covered, the work they did on item 2 was not covered, and the work they did on item 3 they could not rep

Service was horrible. I was skipped over and it took a week to look at my car then was given the ok and that there was nothing wrong with my car only to drive it one day and it stopped on me. Because the transmission was shot.

They were friendly and were able to take my truck and fix it without an appointment.

great, had to take my car in for work and they checked me in and got a loaner to drive.
