Larry Chris Auto Body and Towing

This is my second time going to Larry Chris Auto Body both times have been a pleasurable experience they are great at what they do, just recently I had to take my pickup in to them to have some rear end damage repair to my bumper. Communication is great with them and with my personal experience, I would definitely highly recommend them.

Excellent service! I had a burned out headlight. I bought replacement bulbs at the auto store and the team at Larry Chris installed them for me at the best price ever. Did it in about 10 minutes and saved me lots of $$$

We sold four new wheels to Larry Chris, a Burley, Idaho body shop owner. All four were confirmed delivered and signed for (tracking and signature proof available). Larry claimed one was “missing,” yet a week later used all four prepaid return labels we provided. The wheels came back damaged, dirty, and with tires mounted on them, making them unsellable as new. Larry’s explanation was that the “missing” wheel magically arrived the same day we sent the return labels — a claim that doesn’t match the documented facts. Throughout the process, he was dismissive, passive-aggressive, and unwilling to take accountability. This transaction cost us hundreds of dollars in shipping and product loss. wrecked my 2019 F350 on a Thursday, and Larry Chris had the repairs done the following Friday. did good work just need to pay attention to the minor details of having all the trim and inserts installed prior to the walk through. besides that very satisfied.

They are professional, have amazing customer service, and super knowledgeable in auto repair. They were able to get my vehicle in quickly and their turn around time was fast. They did all the back and forth with insurance so I didn’t have to stress. Their work was exceptional and I would highly recommend taking your vehicles to them! They also have in house services like towing, rentals, and auto detailing which is super convenient. I’m always so impressed by their work!
