Ask for Steve or Gina! This is my second experience with this collision center. My first one was 7 years ago and I did not have any issues with the repair and no one could tell there was damage. This second experience was as pleasant as my first experience. Granted no one looks forward to spending money on car damage repair, yet, to get a fair estimate with no pressure and a remarkable result helped me to deal with it. Steve and Gina were so professional and helpful. I appreciate their effort and time to help me get my car fixed and back to me within a reasonable time. They also do 3M Clear Vinal applications. They were not the cheapest, yet not the most expensive. They will do as little or as mush as you want and again with no pressure. If you need your vehicle damage repaired or interest

I am editing this review. I took it in for a common problem for Malibu. A facia piece around the grill popped out continually on the edges. Jesse explained to me this is a "me" problem. He told me I had hit the bottom of the car on a curb or something and this caused the problem. Mind you, this is a new 2024 Malibu. NO accidents. I took it into Valet Autobody (great and honest repair shop). The looked. There is NO damage to my car from a curb or otherwise. It is a manufacturing error. The plastic clips that clip into the facia were too long to clip causing rear pressure on the facia. A simple grinding of the clips fixed the issue. Thanks but no thanks Jesse. These guys were great. Alan Hernandez was the Service Adviser overseeing the repairs. He did an excellent job keeping us informed and working with the insurance company. Very customer oriented and I’m very pleased with the job they did!

This is a bit overdue but wanted to shout out to Ricky here. my truck had what turned out to be very severe paint damage and Ricky was very transparent in explaining the process in dealing with insurance and what they would be doing to make repairs. By far the most comfortable I’ve been leaving one of my vehicles with someone for repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys in the future!

So when you find yourself at a collision center it means something bad happened to your car. Normally, the whole experience kinda sucks. Jesse, Alex, And the whole LHM collision team took what was a really crappy thing and turned it into a positive experience. Easiest estimate I’ve ever gotten in my entire life, Straightforward honest pricing on it (I checked two other places as well). Not only did they get the car done on time, It actually got done three days earlier than they had quoted. And to top it off they were all nice and empathetic about the entire thing. Honestly, the whole thing was refreshing over experiences that I’ve had in the past at other places. Start to finish, Best collision center experience I’ve ever had.
