Had been to this shop before over a year ago and I can honestly say the folks that are working there now are caring and supportive of the entire process! The crew did an excellent job even when I thought may be my car was going to be totaled. It looks better than ever! The administration was upfront and supportive and my personal liaison, Nicholas, was phenomenal! Definitely ask for him if he isn't too busy making all his clients very happy and satisfied! Way to go guys! I am spreading the word!

In those cases, Larry H. Miller Collision Center is absolutely my first recommendation. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well-communicated from start to finish. My collision rep, Brandon, was outstanding—knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. The quality of the repair was excellent, timelines were clearly explained, and there were no surprises. My vehicle was in the shop for over 3 months, which felt excessive even considering the severity of the damage. Bryan Burns did an excellent job on the repairs—my car looks brand new—and Paul in the repair department was incredibly considerate and kept me informed throughout the process. I recently had a Totoya factory paint recall for my 2019 Tacoma, and Mike R. did an awesome job of reaching out and coordinating the work! He kept in contact and informed me of the Toyota factory offer to repair all of the defective original paint. He helped coordinate a loaner vehicle for the 10-day repair. Marcos performed the work, and did an outstanding job. Mike and Marcos showed the dedication Larry H. Miller has for their customers, and is the reason I keep coming back! Very satisfied customer!
