I bought a car from them about 6 years ago, and the check engine light went on the next day. They did not cover the repairs needed to fix the problem. A few months later, I brought the car in for an issue with it not starting. They told me it needed a new battery and tried to charge me $600 for the battery replacement. I told them I did not want them to do the work as I could replace it for much cheaper. When I came to pick up my car, they had done the service and said they would call the police if I didn’t pay - even though I had told them not to do it. Turned out that it was not a problem with the battery, but the negative terminal had severely eroded - something I would think they could spot. We purchased our second vehicle from Larry H. Miller Lexus of Murray. Their service is top notch. The buying process was fast and seamless. They listened to our wants and needs and didn’t pressure us into anything more than what we needed. When we got to financing and went over the warranties we didn’t feel like we were being pushed into options we didn’t need.

Great bunch of people at the service department. I recently bought a used vehicle and had needed some help understanding the radio/ Bluetooth and they spent the time needed helping me set it up . Also I was concerned about a noise in the front end and they worked me into the schedule to have an immediate safety check . I was reassured that all was normal and I was not charged for an honest inspection. That is why I came back 20 years later to buy my second Toyota !! Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer .

Disappointing to see how unreliable the staff has become. Service advisors are not as welcoming as before. They're the folks you think of when you hear or see about car dealerships. Parts Representatives were helpful and provided needed info but I wouldn't trust the Service department to work on my vehicle.

Larry Miller toyota has always taken good care if us. We highly recommend asking for Scott Andersen. I have bought several cars from him over the last 19 years
