I wrote my first review over a year ago about all the issues I have had with this service department and after much trying to work with them since I bought my car from this dealership I can officially say I am down with them and if I could leave zero stars I would. I recommend if you want your car to work and trust a mechanic department never go to this ford. I have had so many repairs done in this car and problems not fixed. I had my water pump already replaced and when I went to get an oil change at Rodeo ford they detected another leak. This was a Saturday I immediately called ford as soon as I left and when I called a woman answered and told me they could get me in Monday morning at 7 am and I asked if they had a loaner since they take my car for weeks and she informed me that they wil

Will gladly never give my support or funds to this location again. 🙂 Service department is quite frankly rude & unprofessional displaying an attitude towards a customer who’s calling back only to wonder why I haven’t been contacted 3 hours after a simple quote request on 2 parts for my Ford truck, that I was told I would be contacted back for shortly. 🤚🏽 Just to be bluntly told by Service that “we have none”. Thank you for the waste of time, unnecessary attitudes, & a bold face lie. 😂
