If I could give this 0 stars I would. I went back and forth on whether or not to post this, but ultimately I do not think that the service advisors are to blame, I think it is the organization and the system. First, I have a Ram 1500, and after scheduling the appointment, the notice I confirmation that I received indicated that the appointment was at the Jeep store on 104th. This is uncommon since I have a truck and they most often send me to the Truck store, just west of the Jeep store (but not always, hence the call). I called to confirm the location and they confirmed I was to take the truck to the Jeep store and confirmed that I was first on the appointment list and that the service should only take an hour. I had a terrible experience with the service department. I had to have my starter changed by a mobile mechanic and a few days later, started getting an annoying rattle. Had some recalls to get done anyways, so I made an appointment here. Apparently, the appointment is just to hold your spot in the 48-72 hour line. Four days and multiple phone calls later, I finally get contacted and told that they can’t find the rattle in the engine bay, and want 1000 more bucks to tear apart the dash. I tell them no and confirm that the recalls were done. I arrive to pick up my truck now a week after drop off, and still had to wait 20 minutes for the last recall done. I recently traded in my 2012 RAM 1500 Big Horn towards a brand new 2022 RAM 1500 Rebel-Night Edition. This whole dealership and staff Especially "Andrew potma" who was my salesman have been GREAT!! I am also having additional work done to the truck and they have been very communicative about appointments, any concerns I might have and just want to make sure I was happy and satisfied.(Above and beyond !!) Overall these guys, the Dealership and all the staff are AMAZING!!!!! I give them a big 10-star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐review 😉

This place doesn’t communicate well and tries to add extra charges at every turn. Just picked up my truck after a scheduling a factory recall. Tried to add extra services, several that were performed at the same location. They got the VIN number wrong so they weren’t track my service record well. I opted in on a brake fluid flush and then was charged an extra $20 for shop supplies? Going to service my truck elsewhere.

You need different associates in the garage area. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. You would think after buying over a million dollars in vehicles from Ram, you would get better service. But nope. Do better. Also reporting this dealership to RAM
